The Team

 Dr. Salmon graduated from Washington School of Medicine, received a MPH from Harvard, and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at UC San Francisco.  She is board-certified in Emergency Medicine.  She has taught at Toronto General Hospital, and has spent years involved in Global Medicine in South America and Africa.  Her special interests included Ultrasound-guided Nerve Blocks and innovated Pain Management solutions in Africa.  

Dr. Salmon graduated from Brown University, New York Medical College, and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington Medical Center.  In 2002, she was board-certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  For 10 years, she was employed and also became a partner at Southern California Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. 

Dr. Zizmor received his B.A. from UC Berkeley, and his M.D. from Kansas  University School of Medicine.  He did his internship at Boston University Affiliiated Hospitals, and received his training in Psychiatry at St. Elizabeth's Hospital.

 Dr Burns graduated her medical and osteopathy school training in Ohio, and did her medical internship and  residency in  Ohio.  She is board-certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, as well as Family Medicine.  After private practice in Michigan, she has taught  Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine  at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine for six years, then at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo for seven years. 

 Dr. Daniels received her medical degree from UC San Francisco,  She joined the US Navy, where she did her neurology residency at Walter Reed Army Hospital & the Naval Medical Center, at Bethesda, Washington, D.C.   While serving in the US Navy, she served as a General Medical Officer on the light aircraft carrier SS Bonhomme Richard, out of San Diego.  After her tour, she returned to UCSF, where she completed a Fellowship in Movement Disorders.   She joined the Neurology staff at Kaiser, then did private practice in San Francisco, before joining Vital Total Healh Medical Group, Inc.

Nataliya Stogniy, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant  (PA) for Vital Total Health Medical Group, Inc. She actually received her Medical Degree in Ukraine, with specialty in Urgent Care and Pediatrics. Upon arriving in the US. She obtained her Nursing Degree from New York State University and her PA degree from Saint Francis University. She has worked for Men's Health Clinic and Weight Loss Clinic, before joining Vital Total Health Medical Group, Inc., with special training in Pain Management.

Ms. Wengrofsky received her MSW specializing in Mental and Social Health Services, from the University of Southern California.  She has worked for nearly three years at BAART as a Supervising Counselor in their Methadone Treatment and Medication-assisted Treatment Programs.  She then went on to work for over two years at MedMark Opioid Treatment Centers.  She has been a MAT Program Consultant in Berkeley; and is the Behavioral Health Manager at the Asian Health Services in Oakland.
