There is no official registration database for emotional support for animals. Instead, any requested requirements for an ESA should be confirmed by a letter from a certified health care provider.
Our letter is:
• Legal – on our professional letterhead and written by a qualified doctor.
• The license number of the provider, as well as the signature and the date of signing the letter.
• Will explain your need for an emotional support animal.
1 in 4 Americans suffer from an emotional or mental disability in any given year. Emotional Support Animals could help reduce symptoms of a mental or emotional disability by providing companionship, comfort, and love. For you to receive our ESA letter, our physician must diagnose you with at least one of the ESA qualifying conditions, these include : Anxiety, Depression, Motor Skill Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
Landlords are not able to require special training for the ESA as a requirement. Also, landlords are not entitled to any of your medical issues and cannot request a copy of your medical records.
Our ESA Doctors can help provide information and assistance to avoid exclusion from housing and travel due to your disability. This means HOA’s, co-ops, landlords and property managers cannot discriminate against a person with an approved Emotional Support Animal with a qualified ESA letter. Landlords cannot prevent the person and their ESA from obtaining the housing that is needed—even in “No Pet” situations.
We accept Credit and Debit Cards.
ESA Letters are sent same day via:
Or if you prefer, we will just mail it.
The process is quick and easy.
Emotional support animal housing laws require landlords to make appropriate accommodations in the policies to make room for your pet. Though these changes do take place most of the time, there are some cases where ESA laws might not help. These include:

You are allowed to fly with your ESA if you have an ESA letter, and most airlines do not charge for the ESA and their carrier. There may be restrictions in length of trip.
However, every airline has different requirements that you have to comply with. Most of the airlines do not allow the following pets: hedgehogs, ferrets, insects, rodents, snakes, spiders, reptiles, goats, non-household birds (farm poultry, waterfowl, game bird, & birds of prey), and pets with tusks, horns or hooves.
Airlines can refuse

Airlines can refuse your ESA if it starts growling, antagonizing other passengers, relieving themselves, or eating off seatback tray tables.
